Overall, NetLimiter Pro is a very good programs to control and monitor your computer network use. About the basic functionality, it has done a very good job by providing very detailed report for each process in every program and comprehensive connection speed limiter. NetLimiter Pro is also complete with many useful features such as personal firewall. However, these additional features also mean a drawback, that is this program consume quite large memory space (around 12MB). I say that this program is suitable for everyone whose computer connected to a local network and for whom Internet speed is limited by bandwidth quota.
